Meditation really works, and itโs pretty simple. But that doesnโt mean that itโs easy, fun, or that the results are instantly gratifying. Like so many things worth doing, reaping the benefits of meditation takes practice over time. The best advice I can give you is to stick with it.

The human brain loves harmony. Itโs wired for it. The very structure of our ears and brains are designed to respond to the elegantly spaced structure of harmonious sound. Thatโs why the right musical frequencies can really take you places when it comes to meditation.
I made you a playlist of songs I love to meditate to. Sometimes, a guided meditation can help you get into the zone, and then you can linger and let your mind rest as it takes in some relaxing sound.
