Iโ€™M SO GLAD YOUโ€™RE HERE.

Meditation really works, and itโ€™s pretty simple. But that doesnโ€™t mean that itโ€™s easy, fun, or that the results are instantly gratifying. Like so many things worth doing, reaping the benefits of meditation takes practice over time. The best advice I can give you is to stick with it.

The human brain loves harmony. Itโ€™s wired for it. The very structure of our ears and brains are designed to respond to the elegantly spaced structure of harmonious sound. Thatโ€™s why the right musical frequencies can really take you places when it comes to meditation.

I made you a playlist of songs I love to meditate to. Sometimes, a guided meditation can help you get into the zone, and then you can linger and let your mind rest as it takes in some relaxing sound.
